Self-Care to Self-Wellness 6-week programme

If you are living with a long-term health condition this programme may be of interest to you. 

This is a six week programme delivered in 2.5 hour weekly sessions where you will learn new skills to manage your health condition on a day to day basis. You must register in advance as places are limited. Cost of programme total is €20.00 to cover registration and manual.

Positive Wellbeing

Beginning Wednesday February 8th

Facilitated by Lisa-Anne Campbell, Counsellor and Psychotherapist
5-week course commencing February 8th
Wednesday Evenings 7.00 – 8.30pm
cost €50 per person for 5 weeks

‘Over five weeks we explore how to recognise our feelings, deal with stress, manage changes in our lives more effectively and find our best selves while acknowledging our hearts desires and living more fulfilling and authentic lives.’

Positive Wellbeing Foundation Programme with Mary Naylor

Beginning Tuesday 7th February for 6 weeks.
Time: 7pm-9pm
Cost: €50

This six-week programme is designed to give participants a clearer understanding of how we create stress and tension in our bodies and the impact of that stress on physical and mental well-being. Participants will learn relaxation techniques that will ultimately contribute to a healthier and more integrated way of being in the world.
