Visiting Choirs at Knock Shrine: Saturday, May 18th and Sunday, May 19th 2024

This weekend, we look forward to welcoming the following visiting choirs to Knock Shrine:

Saturday, May 18th: The Secret Choir, Shankill Parish, Dublin

This parish choir has been in existence since 2013, when the choir was established as a project aimed at bringing the community of Shankill parish together for the ‘Year of Faith’. The choir will perform at the Pallottine pilgrimage Mass in the parish church at 3.05pm on Saturday.

Sunday, May 19th: Cathedral Choir, Loughrea, Co. Galway

The cathedral choir, based at St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea, Co. Galway will provide the musical accompaniment for the pilgrimage ceremonies at 3pm  on Sunday , May 19th. The musical director of the choir is Liz Kean.
