IMPORTANT CONCERT INFORMATION

TICKETS

TICKETS- Please check that you have your tickets, print or download for entry. ONLY if you need a copy of your tickets please email to tfprod@gmail.com
There is no need to queue, your seat is reserved but please allow ample time to get into your seat.

Each ticket has 3 numbers (Top Left)- (CHAPEL/ROW/SEAT)

ENTRANCE 1 (Left hand side entrance as you face Knock Basilica) – IS FOR TICKETS IN CHAPEL 4 & 5
ENTRANCE 2 (Right hand side as you face Knock Basilica) IS FOR TICKETS IN CHAPEL 1, 2, 3 & Choir Box
Wheelchair tickets are only for the front row of all chapels.

As this event is SOLD OUT there is NO possibility of changing seats on the night, Ushers will assist you to find the correct seat. Please follow ushers instructions.

DOORS

Doors will open at 6.30pm, Concert will start at 8pm and conclude at 10pm. Please allow time to park and get to the venue.

CAR PARKING

Parking is available in the main North car park at Knock Shrine, with entrance from the Ballyhaunis Road.

A mobility shuttle service will run from North car park to the Basilica for patrons with restricted mobility, subject to weather conditions. Please note that there is also a dedicated disabled parking area available. Please follow instructions of the car park attendants.

TOILETS

All toilets are situated in the main toilet block opposite Knock Basilica and adjacent to the Papal Cross , please use the main entrances to exit.

FOOD & DRINK

There will be a food truck situated at the main entrances from 6pm to 12 Midnight. St John’s Centre, adjacent to Knock Basilica will be open from 6-8pm to facilitate dining.

No food or drink is allowed into the Basilica (water only). Please use the bins provided for litter.
