A one-day workshop on The Joy of the Gospel is taking place at Knock Shrine on November 28.
Led by the well known Jesuit theologian, lecturer and author, Fr Brian Grogan SJ, the workshop is an ideal opportunity for individuals and parish or diocesan groups to make a trip to Knock Shrine this autumn and take part in an interesting and thought provoking programme for one day.
Fr Grogan’s workshop will explore Pope Francis’ call to us in his 2013 Apostolic Exhortation, The Joy of the Gospel, which speaks about topics such as evangelisation in the modern Church, social justice, the family, and faith and politics.
Fr Grogan was a founder of the Knock Prayer Guidance Ministry in 1990 and he is a former President of the Milltown Institute of Theology and Philosophy in Dublin.

He was the director and editor of Sacred Space, a world-wide online prayer site of the Irish Jesuits, for several years.
This workshop is an opportunity to discuss and explore faith matters and group bookings are welcome.
Places costs €30 and include lunch.
