Celebrate the Feast of Saint Patrick at Knock Shrine

On Thursday 17th March we will celebrate Lá Fhéile Pádraig, the Feast of Saint Patrick.

We invite you to join us for Mass, when we can come together to celebrate this day in-person for the first time in two years.

The 12 noon Mass, taking place in the Basilica, will be enriched with traditional Irish music and symbology that is associated with our Patron Saint.

We are delighted to advise that this Mass will be broadcast on EWTN across their Global Network and will also be available on the Knock Shrine facebook page and Watch page.

We look forward to welcoming you for this special celebration.

Mass will also take place at 10am and 3pm (Rosary at 2.30pm) in the Basilica on Saint Patrick’s Day.

The Vigil Mass for the Feast of Saint Patrick will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 16th March.

Please note that the Sacrament of Reconciliation and Adoration will not be available on St. Patrick’s Day as the Confessional Chapel will be closed. 

Confessions and Adoration as normal from 11am -3pm on Friday 18th March.
