‘Emotional Well-Being’ will run over 5-weeks commencing on September 27th. It will be facilitated by Lisa-Anne Campbell, Counsellor and Psychotherapist. Each evening will start at 7pm and conclude at 8.30pm. Over five weeks, participants will explore how to recognise their feelings and deal with stress. They will also learn how to manage change more effectively. They will learn to find their best selves, acknowledge their hearts desires start living more fulfilling and authentic lives. Cost €50. This is a 6-week course commencing on October 6th and is facilitated by Peter Devers, Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
The course will take place on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm and conclude at 8.30pm. Over the six weeks, this programme will teach participants how to express their anger in a healthy way. The course offers cutting edge techniques in reducing stress levels. More information here..
The Counselling Centre at Knock is located adjacent to the Chapel of Reconcilation (Confessional Chapel). Parking is available in the North Car Park. On-street parking and disabled spots are also available.
