MASS ENROLMENTS ( From February 1st 2024)

Delivery within Ireland

Every effort will be made to complete delivery of the ordered product/service to you within a maximum of 7 days of your Account order and receipt of confirmation email by Knock Shrine (see note*).

Delivery within the European Union

Every effort will be made to complete delivery of the ordered product/service to you within a maximum of 30 days of your Account order and receipt of confirmation email by Knock Shrine (see note*).

Delivery outside of the European Union

Knock Shrine will endeavour to execute delivery of the product/service within a reasonable time frame depending on the delivery location and its accessibility. We aim to execute delivery within a maximum of thirty days.

Important Information regarding mail to certain locations – United Kingdom, USA, Brazil and Switzerland

Effective from 1st March 2022, new regulations have come into effect which have had an impact on post / mail services to the following countries: USA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil & Turkey. As a result, there may be some delays in delivery times to these locations.

Notice for Mass enrolments only: Postage collection by An Post for the above countries occurs weekly, normally on Wednesday of each week.

If you require a Mass enrolment urgently, you  may like to avail of the Mass enrolment with no card or a digital enrolment as an alternative option. Find out more.

International delivery of battery operated items

The sending of batteries including lithium-ion batteries, sent individually or as part of an electric device, is prohibited from international mail services. Batteries will not be included with any battery operated device delivered outside of the island of Ireland.

*Please Note: Products from the online shop are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur if a product is out of stock or in the event that delivery is delayed due to factors outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. We will make every effort to arrange the supply of the product within 30 days but in the event that we are unable to execute the delivery of the requested order within the 30 days, due to non-availability at the time of the receipt of your request, we will offer you a refund in respect of the product.

However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.
