‘Songs of Hope’ – Friday, March 21st 2025

A very special evening of Gospel Songs, Country Music and Inspirational Hymns with John McNicholl, Donna Taggart, Louise Morrissey, Brendan Shine &  his daughter Emily, with Una Nolan, director of Sacred music,  and Schola Cantorum Basilicae, Knock Shrine takes place on Friday, March 21st in Knock Basilica.

In 2016, a survey of the parish, undertaken by Knock Community Futures, highlighted the refurbishment of the community centre as a priority for Knock parish. The centre had long been used as a central hub for community events and activities, but facilities available had become outdated. The centre has now been completely renovated, thanks to the energy and enthusiasm of a committee of volunteers. With building works now complete, a fundraising evening , aimed at completing the project, will take place in Knock Basilica on Friday, March 21st.
