Summer Camp

For 5 – 7 years olds

‘The Ark’ Summer Camp is suitable for younger children, aged 5 to 7 years and offers a fun week of arts and crafts, songs and games for this age group.

The camps take place

Each day runs from 10am-2pm. Children are asked to bring a packed lunch.

Cost €40. Booking essential.

VAKS – Volunteer at Knock Shrine

Over 1.4 million people visit Knock Shrine every year from all over the world. It is a special place of prayer and pilgrimage. VAKS is an opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of these pilgrims who visit. Volunteering at Knock is a great way to meet new people, serve others, express your faith and have fun. Volunteering can add a great deal to your life and to the lives of those you are working with. It is an amazing opportunity to enhance your skillset, share your talents and obtain training in areas such as Child Safeguarding and First Aid.

The cost of the programme is €30. This includes food and accommodation for the weekend and a t-shirt.

You must be registered and trained to participate in the programme.

A limited number of places are still available on our August summer camp

Camp Date: August 14th to 18th 2023

A fun-filled week for younger children, aged 8 to 11 years old. The camps include arts & crafts, sports, prayer, dance, music and much more. Each day runs from 10am-2pm. Children are asked to bring a packed lunch.

Why not call into the HUB for a tea/ coffee?

The drop-in is a place for teens and young people to come and relax. In the drop-in, you will find games, reading material and a place to chill out!

Family Day 2023

Sunday, August 20th 2023

Family Day at Knock Shrine is a lovely opportunity for families to get together to enjoy a range of fun activities. All events and activities are free of charge and take place on the beautiful grounds of Knock Shrine, close to the award-winning Knock Museum and cafe. There will be outdoor activities taking place on the green (weather permitting) and marquees with indoor workshops, games and more. Don’t miss this special day of memory making and fun for everyone to enjoy.
